convenient inner-city stay
central location bedroom balcony city view
the location suited me well. it was easy to walk to queen street. i appreciated the corner two bedroom apartment with its city views. i also liked having a balcony connected to both bedrooms and the lounge.

excellent city stay
great location functional kitchen efficient staff
the hotel location was great, very close to main attractions. my room, a classic one-bedroom apartment, included a functional kitchen and a separate living area. the staff were efficient, especially during check-in, and helped me with directions (i needed those!).
The elevators were a bit slow during peak hours. I often waited several minutes.

i experienced prompt and helpful service at the front desk, even when requesting late-night assistance. the concierge was particularly knowledgeable about nearby restaurants and transport options. staff addressed my needs effectively.

the gym included three treadmills, two elliptical machines, and a set of free weights. the swimming pool area had comfortable loungers and provided fresh towels. i was pleased with the facility's availability.
